The part of a one-electron coefficient of fractional parentage (cfp) depending, for the atomic l shell, on the spin S, seniority υ, and electron number n of the daughter state, is factored into two parts, the first with dependence on n and υ, and the second with dependence on υ and S. Various techniques are used to extend these results to the two-electron cfp. These entail deriving analogues of the 6-j symbols for the symplectic group Sp(4l + 2) and the special orthogonal group SO(2l + 1). Explicit algebraic expressions are provided, and the choice of multiplicity indices and their circumvention are discussed.  相似文献

Trisilane, isotetrasilane, neopentasilane, and cyclohexasilane have been prepared in gram scale. In-situ cryo crystallization of these pyrophoric liquids in sealed capillaries on the diffractometer allows access to the single crystal structures of these compounds. Structural parameters are discussed and compared to gas-phase electron diffraction structures from literature and with the results from quantum chemical calculations. Significantly higher packing indices are found for the silanes compared to the corresponding alkanes. Radiation with ultraviolet light (365 nm) and parallel ESR (EPR) measurement shows that cyclohexasilane is easily split into radicals, which subsequently leads to the formation of branched and chain-like oligomers. The other compounds form no radicals under these conditions. NMR spectra of all four compounds have been recorded.  相似文献

The thickness‐dependent water vapor swelling of molecular layer‐by‐layer polyamide films is studied via specular X‐ray reflectivity. The maximum swelling ratio of these ultrathin films scale inversely with thickness but more importantly show a dual‐mode sorption behavior characterized by Langmuir‐like sorption at low relative humidity and network swelling at high relative humidity. The thickness‐dependent network parameters are extracted using a proposed model that builds on Painter‐Shenoy network swelling model while taking into account the glass‐like characteristic below a critical swelling ratio, which also scales inversely with thickness. © 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We propose a new version of functional data model for analyzing familial related individuals, where the within-subject correlation depends smoothly on a covariate such as age and the between-subject correlation follows family-wise genetic association. Our motivating example concerns measurements of weight as a function of age in sibling cows from independent families. Observations are sparsely sampled from trajectories of a phenotype contaminated with measurement error, where the phenotypic trajectory consists of a genetic component and an environmental component. By combining information across individuals, the genetic and environmental covariances are estimated via smoothing techniques. We study the genetic and environmental effects using principal component analysis, taking into account the genetic correlation to enhance the subject-level signal extraction. We show via the real data and simulations that incorporating the correlation structure improves predictions of individual phenotypic trajectories.  相似文献

We propose generalizations of a broad class of traditional supply chain planning and logistics models that we call supply chain planning and logistics problems with market choice. Instead of the traditional setting, we are given a set of markets, each specified by a sequence of demands and associated with a revenue. Decisions are made in two stages. In the first stage, one chooses a subset of markets and rejects the others. Once that market choice is made, one needs to construct a minimum-cost production plan (set of facilities) to satisfy all of the demands of all the selected markets. The goal is to minimize the overall lost revenues of rejected markets and the production (facility opening and connection) costs. These models capture important aspects of demand shaping within supply chain planning and logistics models. We introduce a general algorithmic framework that leverages existing approximation results for the traditional models to obtain corresponding results for their counterpart models with market choice. More specifically, any LP-based α-approximation for the traditional model can be leveraged to a \frac11-e-1/a{\frac{1}{1-e^{-1/\alpha}}} -approximation algorithm for the counterpart model with market choice. Our techniques are also potentially applicable to other covering problems.  相似文献

A compact transmission X‐ray microscope has been designed and implemented based on a cylindrical symmetry around the optical axis that sharply limits the instabilities due to thermal mechanical drift. Identical compact multi‐axis closed‐loop actuation modules drive different optical components. The design is modular and simplifies the change of individual parts, e.g. the use of different magnification and focusing devices. This compact instrument can be easily transported between laboratory and synchrotron facilities and quickly put into operation. An automated alignment mechanism simplifies the assembly of different modules after transportation. After describing the design details, the results of the first tests are presented.  相似文献

When considering the sound transmission through a wall in between two rooms, in an important part of the audio frequency range, the local response of the rooms is highly sensitive to uncertainty in spatial variations in geometry, material properties and boundary conditions, which have a wave scattering effect, while the local response of the wall is rather insensitive to such uncertainty. For this mid-frequency range, a computationally efficient modeling strategy is adopted that accounts for this uncertainty. The partitioning wall is modeled deterministically, e.g. with finite elements. The rooms are modeled in a very efficient, nonparametric stochastic way, as in statistical energy analysis. All components are coupled by means of a rigorous power balance. This hybrid strategy is extended so that the mean and variance of the sound transmission loss can be computed as well as the transition frequency that loosely marks the boundary between low- and high-frequency behavior of a vibro-acoustic component. The method is first validated in a simulation study, and then applied for predicting the airborne sound insulation of a series of partition walls of increasing complexity: a thin plastic plate, a wall consisting of gypsum blocks, a thicker masonry wall and a double glazing. It is found that the uncertainty caused by random scattering is important except at very high frequencies, where the modal overlap of the rooms is very high. The results are compared with laboratory measurements, and both are found to agree within the prediction uncertainty in the considered frequency range.  相似文献

We study the f (R)-Maxwell black hole imposed by constant curvature and its all thermodynamic quantities, which may lead to the Reissner-Nordström-AdS black hole by redefining Newtonian constant and charge. Further, we obtain the f (R)-Yang-Mills black hole imposed by constant curvature, which is related to the Einstein-Yang-Mills black hole in AdS space. Since there is no analytic black hole solution in the presence of Yang-Mills field, we obtain asymptotic solutions. Then, we confirm the presence of these solutions in a numerical way.  相似文献
